Individual Counseling/Therapy
Life can bring many challenges on a day-to-day basis. Sometimes those challenges are difficult to tackle alone and require a caring professional to offer skills and alternative perspectives to resolve. Our compassionate therapists offer a confidential and supportive environment to assist clients of all ages struggling to deal with issues such as relationships, childhood trauma, family issues, substance abuse, mental health, parenting, employment, and others. Being in such an environment can help you express your unresolved issues while receiving insights and learning coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and communication skills to help you achieve your desired goals. We also provide individual counseling mandated by the courts, legal system, and Child Protective Services to assist you in difficult times.
The first step in providing care for you or a loved one starts by scheduling an intake session to get to know you, and the issues you are struggling with, as well as setting up goals and the treatment schedule. Individual sessions are the standard “45-minute therapy hour” with 10 minutes at the end to close and schedule the next appointment.
