Relapse Prevention Program

Those who have committed themselves to breaking an addiction know tempting it can be to fall back into old habits. Unfortunately, some do relapse because they lack a strong support structure from friends and family or because of the lack of direction. The Relapse Prevention program is a systematic and cognitive approach focused on assisting clients in developing coping and self-regulation skills to recognize bad habits and relapse warning signs during the recovery process. Clients will work one one-on-one with an experienced therapist to create a healthy new lifestyle that will support them during their fight with addiction.

We welcome clients experiencing a range of substance-related issues, including voluntary clients, clients on probation, and clients involved with Child Protective Services (CPS).

Breaking an addiction is a difficult process, but you don’t have to do it alone.
