Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP)
We currently provide both virtual and in-person services
Here at Sigma Counseling Services, we offer two levels of outpatient substance abuse treatment program. Level I: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Level II: Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP). Both programs are designed to integrate individual counseling and group counseling in an effort to support and sustain a successful recovery from drugs, alcohol, or both.
Level II: Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP)
Sigma Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP) is designed to support clients who are better suited for a more supportive rather than intensive approach to substance abuse/dependency problems. This program focuses on clients continuing on their path to recovery and provides a safe support structure to reinforce positive behaviors and boost self-esteem. Clients who are recommended for SOP may include individuals who have transitioned from the intensive program or individuals who need an after-care program following residential treatment. These individuals generally have a basic understanding of the addiction and the recovery process and receive counseling twice a week to prevent relapse.
